Hai Phong, Vietnam – November 28, 2024 — HW ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED held a groundbreaking ceremony today for its new project at the DEEP C Industrial Zone in Hai Phong, Vietnam, marking a key milestone in the company’s global manufacturing expansion.

Hai Phong is Vietnam’s third-largest city and the most important industrial and port hub in northern Vietnam. Home to the region’s only deep-water port system, the city plays a central role in international logistics and global trade. The DEEP C Industrial Zone is strategically located within the port area, adjacent to deep-water terminals and well connected by sea and land transportation networks, providing highly efficient logistics conditions for import and export activities.

HW ENERGY specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of primary zinc-manganese batteries, with products widely used in consumer electronics and various portable devices. Upon completion, the new facility will become the largest and most comprehensive primary battery manufacturing base in Southeast Asia, covering a full range of carbon and alkaline battery products and enabling fully integrated, end-to-end production.
